You can find small ways to take care of yourself that fit naturally into your life. The goal isn't perfection, just feeling more like yourself.
When we take care of ourselves, we have more patience and empathy to give.
When we connect with what matters, we show our kids how to do the same.
And when we reflect, we move one step closer to being who we always were, deep inside.
